Ari Weinberg President Ari Weinberg is a founding partner of O'Doughs; a Toronto-based bakery committed to producing great tasting, gluten-free products.Ari is a native of Toronto, Ontario. He has lived in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where he attended Dalhousie University for business and commerce. Ari has also attended York University as a student of the College of Liberal Arts. As a child, Ari was enticed by the idea of flying. Ari recalls, when at age six, he was thrilled to ride in a family friend's floatplane. His interest in flying grew further when his father pursued a pilot's license, which influenced Ari to fulfill his own passion for flying, and obtained a commercial pilot's license. Ari's pilot's license allowed him to share his passion for flying with others by teaching flying lessons. In addition to flying, Ari also enjoys water sports. Ari's love for teaching and sharing with others encouraged him to volunteer his time to the Canada Israel Experience, where he worked with young adults; a program that offers young people 18-26 years of age the opportunity to connect and learn first hand about Israel, the Jewish culture and meet other Jews from around the globe. It was during this time that he discovered a unique business opportunity with gluten-free products. The idea intrigued him, and led him to further research and develop O'Doughs' truly exceptional, and tasty, product line. Partnering with a food developer to perfect the recipes, and with the help of his family and friends, Ari started O'Doughs and began production of his gluten-free products in early 2007. Ari experienced a great, initial response to his healthy yet delicious products and realized what an excellent opportunity he had to help others. O'Doughs was no longer just about baking bread. Ari has committed his business to baking great tasting breads, buns and baked goods for people who truly need them, and through this, is able to impact and improve the lives of those who suffer from food-related allergies. Through O'Doughs, Ari is able to give an alternative to people who are starving for a great tasting yet healthful bread product. O'Doughs simply gives them what they love to eat with all the taste they crave, but without the gluten.
