Can I refreeze your products?
Refreezing is definitely not a problem and is actually recommended in order to maximize freshness and shelf life. We do however, recommend that you allow for the product to fully thaw out before refreezing it again. This will help to avoid any possibility of remaining moisture that may have accumulated on the product during the thawing process to refreeze as ice or frost, which in turn will produce freezer burn.

How long can I keep your products in the freezer?
Here at O'Doughs we test our products continuously for 6 months in the freezer at a temperature of -22 degrees centigrade. We have found that even when thawing and refreezing products over the 6 months of testing, the products keep their taste and texture very well. However, after a six month period, you may find that the softness of a product will be reduced by about 20% to that of a younger product. Please note: if refreezing, allow for products to thaw completely first to ensure freshness.
